World Zones Desolace Clam Bait Quest objectives Find 10 pieces of Soft-shelled Clam Meat and bring it back to Mai'Lahii at Shadowprey Village.
Description You have the look of a fisherman, [class]! I love to fish - been fishing all my life. The best bait to use is soft-shelled clam meat; the fish just can't resist, you know what I mean?
Up north you will find a wrecked ship off the coast. Soft-shelled clams are littered throughout the area. If you bring me back 10 pieces of soft-shelled clam meat, I will give you something in return.
Rewards Choose one of these Classic reference rewards:
These are Classic item reward relations. Current item pages show their own client stats; the relation is not a verified Forever reward.
Sources & reference status Classic reference Historical names, quests, requirements, rewards, services and NPC locations come from CMaNGOS classic-db contributors , pinned Classic 1.12 milestone. They need confirmation in Forever. Quest identities are limited to IDs present in the Forever 70532 QuestV2 table. An ID does not confirm the Classic text, reward, level or location.
Maps: Blizzard Entertainment, extracted client build 1.60.1.70374. Coordinates use the same revealed maps and world-coordinate projection as the Hunter atlas. A source spawn is a place to check; no current sighting, path or respawn time is inferred.
Pet records, where shown, are separately attributed to TrueshotLodge by chazlander (MIT). A dated tame report confirms a reported tame, not every coordinate. .
