World Zones Loch Modan A Hunter's Boast Quest objectives Kill 6 Mountain Buzzards and return to Daryl the Youngling in the Farstrider Lodge within 15 minutes.
Description Think you can match wits with Daryl the Bold, huh? I should think not! Of course, you're more than welcome to try. Here's a challenge that should prove to be above your abilities, so don't feel too bad if you can't face up to it.
A flock of buzzards has nested here in Loch Modan. Why don't you try to take down some of the beasts? Tell you what, if you meet my challenge in fifteen minutes, I'll give you my bow or gun.
<He looks you over dismissively.>
It seems you haven't much to lose, anyways.

Sources & reference status Classic reference Historical names, quests, requirements, rewards, services and NPC locations come from CMaNGOS classic-db contributors , pinned Classic 1.12 milestone. They need confirmation in Forever. Quest identities are limited to IDs present in the Forever 70532 QuestV2 table. An ID does not confirm the Classic text, reward, level or location.
Maps: Blizzard Entertainment, extracted client build 1.60.1.70374. Coordinates use the same revealed maps and world-coordinate projection as the Hunter atlas. A source spawn is a place to check; no current sighting, path or respawn time is inferred.
Pet records, where shown, are separately attributed to TrueshotLodge by chazlander (MIT). A dated tame report confirms a reported tame, not every coordinate. .
