THE RANK IS THE UNLOCK
Cap and skill are different.
A new rank raises the number you can reach. It does not automatically give you those skill points, every recipe or a specialization.
READ THE TRAINER’S OFFER
Title does not mean rank taught.
An NPC called an Artisan can teach the Expert rank. Our finder lists the actual unlock, rather than choosing by the NPC title.

What these recipe records prove
The relationship between a profession, spell, item output and reagents comes directly from the installed Forever client. Learning requirements, vendor stock and drop sources usually come from the server and are not established here. Some old Season of Discovery or unused content can remain in the client.
WHAT FOREVER ADDS
Crafting follows you into the world.
New recipes announced
Blizzard describes additions across professions and the level range, alongside reworked food and campsite objects.
The first campsite object
Blizzard places the first profession objects at skill 20. Advanced objects use Blueprint recipes from dungeon bosses.
Crafting Legacy milestones
The six non-gathering primary professions each award account-wide Legacy Points at these three milestones.
