Beta data & point rules
Talents and rank descriptions are imported from the Talents Forever community export.
One point per level from 10. Talented moves the first point earlier by its selected rank, up to 5 levels, with the same 51-point ceiling. This plans the Talented benefit; it does not allocate your separate Legacy tree. Talented requires 5 earlier Adventure points and Well Rested. Every five points in a tree unlock its next row. A prerequisite must be fully ranked. WoW Forever launches with a permanent level 60 cap.

What visitors plan
Popularity among Tavern visitors, not a strength ranking.
Saving a build or successfully copying its link adds this allocation to aggregate community counts. A local receipt helps avoid repeats; clearing browser data or using another browser can submit again. Names and notes stay private. Level 60 plans require all 51 points; valid positive leveling plans may be partial.
Sample and privacy
Counts cover the current talent-content version of each class; a change to another class does not reset this sample. A specialization is the tree with the most assigned points, with native tree order resolving ties. Results need 20 submissions per class, specialization and level group. Similar plans form families within three point edits of a fixed representative, and the top three families are shown.
Only aggregate build counts are stored, without visitor identifiers. The browser-local receipt cannot guarantee one vote per person. These are submitted plans, not a strength ranking or an observed game population.
